Lemon-chive Dressing (Phases 1-4)
- 1/4 olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh chives or green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
In small bowl, whisk together oil, chives, lemon rind and juice, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.
-Serve with torn mixed salad greens.
