Japanese Ginger Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp minced fresh ginger root
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp Splenda
  • Ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:
Put all ingredients into a blender and purée until smooth.
