Oven Roasted Pork Tenderloin (great for all phases)

Oven Roasted Pork TenderloinIngredients:

1 Tbsp olive oil
1 3/4 lb pork tenderloin
1 Tbsp Cajun/Creole seasoning

Cajun Seasonings

5 teaspoons paprika

4 teaspoons fine sea salt

4 teaspoon garlic powder

4 teaspoons onion powder

2 tsp ground black pepper

1 tsp cayenne pepper (original recipe used 1/2 tsp)

2 tsp dried oregano

2 teaspoons dried thyme

Combine all spices together and enjoy!



Preheat oven to 500.

Rub tenderloin with olive oil.

Sprinkle seasoning over pork.

Place pork in a 9×13-in dish. Put pork in for 15 minutes. Turn off oven. Do not open the door. Let the pork sit in oven 45-60 minutes longer, until meat thermometer reads 145 degrees.
